Returns and Exchanges

Our Exchange and Return's conditions are as follows:

We can only accept glasses that have been sent back to us 14 days after they have been received.

We reserve the right not to refund certain prescription orders.

Glasses must be returned in perfect physical condition.

We have free returns, and exchanges.

The customer is responsible for return postage cost to us.
